Ketchikan International Airport is located on nearby Gravina Island, which means all travelers arrive via a short ferry ride across the Tongass Narrows. The airport ferry terminal is just two blocks from The Landing, making the trip from the airport to the hotel quick and convenient. Our on-site courtesy shuttle service is available for pick-up and drop-off at the airport ferry terminal.

Are there any restrictions on pets or areas they’re allowed?

Pets are welcome in designated guest rooms for a nightly fee of $15. For the comfort of all guests, pets must remain on-leash at all times and are not permitted in certain common areas (including our restaurants). Pets must be kenneled when using our courtesy shuttle service. Please check with the front desk for specific guidelines at check-in.

This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.

A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. Credit card must match name on reservation or a third party credit card authorization form is required.  You may pay by credit card, cash or travelers’ checks
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
